For the past 12 years Career Coach Mary Gallagher has worked with business professionals of all levels skillfully aiding them in achieving their career and life goals. There are four primary areas of her work: career planning and job change, leadership development, teambuilding and work/life balance. Mary’s mission is to support her clients, from independent consultants to Fortune 500 executives, in their quest to produce excellent results while continually feeling the passion, challenge and satisfaction they want out of their careers.

Prior to starting ActionPact Coaching, Mary had over 15 years of experience working as an executive in both small and Fortune 500 companies in the areas of employee and leadership development, mergers and acquisitions and change management. She has a BA in business management from Boston College and an MA in psychology and theology from Andover Newton Theological School. She is a trained and certified career and executive coach. Mary lives in Shrewsbury, Mass., and is active in the International Coach Federation and the National Speakers Association, and currently serves on the board of the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce.
